Student teachers always come as a surprise to the class, but this year it was a good surprise. Mr.Lopez was the new student teacher for Lincoln high school this year, and he made friends with all of the students. Many students love his teaching. Mr.Lopez is a senior in college and he is majoring in social studies. We asked Mr.Lopez what his favorite part of teaching was, and he said, "When students have a healization or an understanding of what I'm teaching, and it just clicks." he replied, "That's what I like the most." Mr.Lopez also said his favorite part of being at Lincoln were the students "Even though some students don't participate, most try their hardest." One student said, Lopez with be leaving Friday, October 6th. One student said Mr.Lopez is a really great teacher, and he taught me a lot during his time here." He has always wanted to be a teacher and he would like to tech high school or middle school. Mr.Lopez said it is nice teaching with Mr.Spadafore because he gives him more freedom than most would.
