On Sunday, May 12th, Lincoln high school held the annual sports banquet. This banquet was a ceremony dedicated to all student athletes of the 2018/2019 school year, and to the senior athletes who finished their last seasons. After dinner, athletes were given awards, letters, and pins. Senior athletes also received their senior athlete plaques. Along with the awards, coaches were called upon to give small speeches about the season and their athletes. The banquet was filled with smiles, laughter, and tears, all for those beginning their athletic career and to those ending theirs. With the school year coming to an end, Lincoln High School congratulates all athletes and thanks them for their hard work that they put in.
