After the long, nine-day work stoppage, the students and teachers returned back to school on March 7, 2018!
The students were surprised when they came back and all the teachers were outside holding welcome back signs and cheering when the students walked through the doors. It was like the first day of school when the Student Council makes a tunnel to cheer for the new freshmen and all the returning students.
The teachers were all encouraged to bring a sign, and Mrs. Loss made a playlist of songs to jam to that morning.
Mrs. Osbourn said the teachers threw the idea around and quickly pieced all the plans together on Tuesday evening to make sure the kids came back to a special greeting.
The teachers missed all the kids and missed teaching them. They are happy to be back in the classroom teaching again.
