The Mentor Program is something we do here at Lincoln where an upperclassman is assigned a freshman.
With the program, the freshmen are given a person who can help them throughout the year with school.
“The program is helpful to freshmen because they get to interact with upperclassmen and have someone to rely on when they need help.” said Julia Stout.
When asked one thing they would change about the program, the most common answers were to have more unique questions, better time organization, and to hand mentor requests.
Overall, the program is helpful to many and is something that should definitely stick around.
