The one thing all these movies have in common is they have some type of romance involvement. There is a main love interest in each of these movies.
The movies we watch today are very different from the movies kids our age used to watch. For example, some of the most popular teen movies of all time include: Mean Girls, 10 Thing I Hate about you, The Breakfast Club, Bring It On, Grease, and 17 Again.
Most of these movies were very popular when they came out, but are also still very popular with teens these days.
What most of these movies have in common is that they aren’t all about a love story there about fitting in and being a teenager. These movies are popular with teens. Because we can relate to them very easily. And the movies out today we watch because it gives us something to believe in. For example, we all know that we aren’t going to meet the love of our life because a bully gave them our phone number. We all know that’s most likely not going to happen but it’s nice to dream about. It’s nice to be able to relate and dream about things even if they are just in movies.
