Welcome, Pedro Rivas!

Every year, Lincoln gets many exchange students from all over the world. One of the lucky students that found themselves in West Virginia is Pedro Rivas.
Pedro, currently a member of the junior class, is from Spain. He is a member of the soccer team and football team, and has been a great addition to both teams.
While in West Virginia for the school year, he is being hosted by the Parson family. His host siblings are familiar faces, Kelci and Jacob.
When the newspaper staff asked Pedro about his time here so far, he said that the people here are nice and that he has already had a lot of fun.
Although he is having a great start, he said he does miss his grandma, the foot, and his friends back home.
We are excited to see what the year has in store for Pedro in America.
