Saturday, the Lincoln High School band attended the Forest Festival in Elkins.
They marched around 2 miles to march in the parade.
After this parade, they had six people taken to the emergency room from a heat stroke or dehydration. Thankfully, everyone is fine now; but they came to the decision that it was best not to do the field show that night.
They are unsure of where they were placed, but have a feeling they did well. Even though it was a very long day, the kids enjoyed hanging out with each other and meeting new bands.
