It’s Christmas time which means Christmas parades. Every year Shinnston hold a Christmas parade fro people to see. They decorate the streets and hang up the lights on the street lamps. It’s really pretty, along with the decorations the parade tries to include as many school functions into the parade as possible. Each year the Lincoln high school band marches in the parade, some years it’s cold and some it’s not so cold. The band plays Angles on Parade, which includes multiple different Christmas songs, as they march through the streets. ” It was cold and rainy , but it was fun” said Junior Litzy Rymasz who is on of the banner carries for the band. ” It was fun, and I liked dancing with candy canes.” Said Avery Riley a member of the dance line. No matter the weather the parade always bring joy and Christmas spirit and hopefully continues to for a long time.
