As you guys all know, we have winter sports going on right now, and one of them is the sport of wrestling.
Now, here at Lincoln we surprisingly have a pretty decent wrestling team that I think we all need to be proud of and need to appreciate.
And sadly we have three seniors that will be leaving us after this year is over. Those three are Caleb Crabtree, Shane Reynolds, and Cameron Heston.
“This year has flown by!” said Crabtree.
These three athletes have been wrestling for Lincoln for awhile, and they have done it with great amounts of passion and heart.
“I have enjoyed wrestling, and it’s shocking that it’s already my senior year," said Shane Reynolds.
Besides the fact that we’ll be losing three amazing seniors, the wrestlers had a match on Tuesday of this week against Fairmont Senior, RCB, and Preston at Fairmont Senior. L
incoln finished in second place at the end of it.
All of the wrestlers walked out of there with great records, and they still have lots of more matches to compete in too.
