Students at Lincoln High School have some very exciting plans over Christmas break. Wesley and Emma Benson are taking a trip to Florida. On Christmas morning, they are leaving at 4 a.m. so they have to do all of their regular traditions on Christmas Eve. They’ll fly out of Pittsburgh to go to Disney World, Universal Studios, the Macy’s Parade, and then they’ll watch the West Virginia University bowl game. “I’m super excited to see the castle at Disney.” Wesley said. Olivia Spino is going to see the game as well. Erika and Mia Ferris have already taken their Christmas Trip, and they went down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tennessee. They stayed in a cabin and Erika said, “it was really nice, our whole family was down there and everything.” On the first day they walked and explored Gatlinburg and the second day they rode a sky tram, went zip lining, did snow tubing, and they ice skated. On their third day they visited Pigeon Forge and they went to the Titanic Museum. Finally, on their last day they went back to Gatlinburg and went up on space needle to finish their trip with a Smoky Mountain sunset. They said it was a really fun time and they would advise anyone to take a trip to Tennessee in their lifetime. Christmas break is always fun for students, even if they’re at home, because they aren’t at school and students are always up for that.
