Last Night the Lady Cougars hosted the Bridgeport Indians for a basketball matchup. After defeating the Indians earlier in the season, the girls had a harder time this game. Rory Marple for Bridgeport had a great night, with 22 points for the Indians. The Cougars struggled to get shots to fall, but Hannah Ferris and Victoria Sturm had 11 points each. Lincoln trailed by the 3rd quarter and ended the game 50-31, taking a tough loss and evening the season series with Bridgeport. The girls moved their season to 13-3 and will host Nicholas County on Saturday at 5:45, with the boys following for Senior Night for Lincoln.
