Pam Gemondo is one of our cooks here at Lincoln. She began her career because she wanted a job, she loved being around kids, and “the rest is history.” She’s been cooking for 12 years, and she has been at three schools: South Harrison, Lumberport Elementary, and here at Lincoln. This is her third year here. She went to school to take classes to become a cook at Fairmont State University, and her favorite class in school was physical education and band. Her favorite memory of being a cook so far is just the faces that you never forget, and being able to see the sweet and kind faces or the mannerism of the kids. Outside of school, her family takes up a good bit of her time. She has a husband and three boys, and family is important to her. “Family is what matters most.”
